20,000²ft manufacturing facility including full 3D CAD design using Catia V5, traditional model and pattermaking, CNC full flow 5axis machining up to 4 x 2.5 x 1.7Mtrs, reverse engineering, digitising and scanning, fully machined and cast to size tooling.  Tooling manufactured in composite, GRP, resin tooling boards, aluminium, steel, invar and stainless steel. 

Full design and manufacture of clamping rigs and manipulators including pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical control systems.
