Carbon fibre sheet

We manufacture and supply carbon fibre (fiber) sheet in any size.

Our carbon fibre sheet is autoclave cured with high gloss finish to front surface, rear surface mat peal ply finish, 2 x 2 Twill weave style

This carbon fibre sheet is very lightweight but very strong it is typically 4 to 6 times stronger than aluminum sheet of the same thickness and will withstand temperatures of over 100deg C.
It is also resistant to corrosion and will last just about for ever. You can bend this thickness of sheet slightly. The sheet is very tough and suited to a wide range of applications where a gloss carbon finish is only required on one side. The following list of suggested uses is just a small sample of the many products this high quality carbon fibre sheet could be used for.

You can cut, shape and finish this sheet using regular workshop tools like hacksaws, jigsaws and wet-and-dry.

We are a leading UK manufacturing company with extensive composite engineering facilities including large capacity 5 axis CNC machining of moulds and patterns, composite tooling and parts. Our composites facility includes a 7 x 2Mtr autoclave.
